First Lady of Roc Nation?

For the the past couple years Youtube.com has been a outlet for unsigned artists to showcase thier talents. Music Execs like Jermaine Dupri found artist like Dondria on Youtube. I guess Jay-z and Roc Nation are keeping up with the times and wont be left behind. They recently just signed a new RandB/Pop singer named Alexis Jordan. Not sure what the it factor is, but whatever "it" is she definately has it..
